‣ Fares are per person, double occupancy, in U.S. dollars, and include airline taxes, government fees, fuel surcharges, and guide/driver gratuities. Prices were current on July 28, 2026, but may change aue to altare, taxes, fuel costs, or currency fluctuations. 

‣ Cruise accommodation based on double occupancy Inside Cabins. Upgrade to Ocean View Cabins or Balcony Cabins, Mini-Suite Cabins are based on availability. 

‣ Business-class upgrades may be available. Minimum group size is 20 passengers. Air & Sea Travel may adjust the itinerary for operational reasons. Refer to the "General Conditions." 

‣ Travelers must disclose medical or accommodation needs in writing and travel with a capable companion when assistance is required. Air & Sea Travel may decline participation if the tour is unsuitable; cancellation penalties may apply. 

‣ Travelers must follow current destination entry, vaccination, testing, health, and safety requirements, which maychange without notice.

CHECK OR CASH PAYMENT ONLY. 

• A deposit of $350 per person is required at the time of application. 
• The balance is due on Jan 28, 2027. 
• In the event balance payment is not made within the required time period, Air and Sea Travel Center reserves the right to cancel reservations and charge a service fee for cancellation.

Written notice is required for any cancellation. The cancellation fee will be as follows: 

• ‣ Nov 22 to Dec 21, 2026, $1000 deposit is non-refundable; 
• ‣ Dec 22 to Feb 01, 2027, 50% of the total price plus any other service fee caused by the cancellation; 
• ‣ From Feb 02, 2027, to departure or withdrawing during the tour shall be regarded as willingly giving up all rights concerned, 100% of the total price, and request for other services as a substitute shall not be accepted.
